The week of April 2, 2023 , Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill that allows any parent, regardless of income, to receive a voucher of around $9,000 a year to help pay for a private school. This will include public school students. Right now, many public schools are dealing with an unprecedented amount of violence, bullying, video extortion, and other situations that are not in the best interest of children and teachers. Great Beginnings Academy's Open Enrollment for the 2023- 2024 school year will be advertised April 24th to the general public. Many parents are looking for smaller class sizes and a safer environment. Great Beginnings Academy will only hold spaces for current students and siblings through April 30, 2023. Please call the school if you are interested in having your child return for next school year.
